3Supervisory authorities
Data protection in Norway is supervised by Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no). You may complain to them, or to the data protection authority in the EEA country where you live or work, about how we process personal data, and you do not have to come to us first.
Consumer matters in Norway are supervised by Forbrukertilsynet, the Norwegian Consumer Authority, which also mediates disputes between consumers and businesses (forbrukertilsynet.no). A dispute that mediation does not settle can be brought before the Consumer Disputes Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget). If you live elsewhere in the EEA you may also use the consumer dispute body of your own country.
4Responsibility for content
We are responsible for the pages we write and publish on photonnow.com. Services that customers publish through our tunnel gateway, and files they distribute through our file delivery service, are their content, not ours: we do not monitor it, and we remove or suspend it when we are told it breaks the law or our Acceptable Use Policy — report it to hello@photonnow.com.
Where our pages link to somebody else’s site, that site’s content is theirs.
The documents that make up our agreement with you — the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement — and the Privacy Policy are all listed on the legal index.
